RELEASED: Jan. 20, 2012

Chicago-area Atlas Consumer Law, is proud to announce that managing partner Ahmad T. Sulaiman, senior associate Ross M. Zambon and associate Matthew H. Hector have been named to the Illinois Rising Stars list as three of the top up-and-coming attorneys in Illinois for 2012. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state receive this honor. The selection for this respected list is made by the research team at Super Lawyers.

Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a rigorous multi-phased process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. To be eligible for the Rising Stars list attorneys must be 40 years old or younger, or have been practicing for 10 years or less.

Atlas Consumer Law has extensive experience in bankruptcy law, foreclosure defense and protecting debtor's rights. For both Ahmad T. Sulaiman and Ross M. Zambon, this is their third consecutive year being selected to this exclusive list - with prior selections in 2010 and 2011. As for associate Matthew H. Hector, this is his second straight year appearing on the list.
