Sam Serpe is a passionate and dedicated attorney with a strong foundation in consumer protection and corporate law. As a recent graduate of the Northern Illinois University College of Law, Sam received his Juris Doctorate cum laude in May 2023. His areas of expertise include the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"). Sam successfully passed the July 2023 Illinois Bar Exam and will be officially sworn in as a licensed attorney in November.
