About Nathan C. Volheim

Nathan C. Volheim devotes his entire practice to representing individuals under various consumer protection statutes including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), and other related state law statutes. He has filed 100’s of lawsuits in order to protect the rights of consumers. Prior to his litigation work, Nate represented thousands of consumers in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters.
