Chad W. Eisenback

Attorney

Chad Eisenback received his undergraduate degree (magna cum laude) in Justice Administration from the University of Louisville and received his Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.

While in law school, Chad was a member of the National Arbitration Team, President of the Labor and Employment Law Society, the Associate Editor for the Journal of Animal & Environmental Law, and a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow. Chad was also awarded the Major League Baseball Players’ Association’s Michael Weiner Scholarship for Labor Studies.

Now, Chad serves as a passionate advocate for current and former employees in all aspects of employment law. This dedicated passion for workers’ rights comes from being raised in a union home in Louisville, Kentucky and having parents that taught him the importance of inclusivity, integrity, compassion, and to put others before himself. Furthermore, Chad’s passion for workers’ rights also stems from his experiences working since he was 15. Like many, Chad worked multiple jobs (i.e. retail, fast food, delivery driver, laborer, and manufacturer) in order to provide for his family and pay for college.

With that in mind, Chad is an attorney that truly cares and understands employees that need assistance. Chad has made a commitment to devote his career to representing individuals under various employment law statutes including the Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA, and other related state law statutes.
