Victor Metroff

Victor Metroff joined Atlas Consumer Law in April 2019. Victor passionately advocates on behalf of his clients under various consumer protection statutes including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”).

Prior to joining Atlas, Victor graduated from The John Marshall Law School in December 2018. Victor attended law school in the evening while working full-time as a senior corporate paralegal at a law firm in Chicago. Victor supported two practice groups which specialized in Banking and Financial Services, Commercial Litigation, Transactions and Medical Malpractice Defense work. Victor has also worked for an international tire company, in their Legal Real Estate Department. Victor received his B.S. in Politics and Government and minor in Legal Studies from Illinois State University in 2011.

Victor also actively participates in the community. He has served as a team member / captain for Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer Walk that takes place every October in Chicago. The purpose of the walk is to raise funds to help find a cure for breast cancer. Victor enjoys spending his free time supporting the Chicago Cubs, Bears and Blackhawks.
