Marwan Rocco Daher is an Attorney at Atlas Consumer Law where he focuses on consumer and privacy advocacy statutes. Since beginning his practice, Marwan has zealously represented consumers in Illinois and in Federal litigation against creditors, debt collectors, and credit reporting agencies. Marwan has extensive knowledge with consumer claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Marwan received his J.D. cum laude from Western Michigan Cooley Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and a teaching assistant in Negotiation & Confrontation.

Before law school, he attended Concordia University of Chicago, where he received his B.S. in Political Science.
