Eric Coleman joined Atlas Consumer Law in September, 2017. While attending law school in Indianapolis, Eric worked as a Judicial Extern for the United States District Court – Southern District of Indiana, and also as a Law Clerk for a private litigation firm specializing in class actions, complex litigation, personal injury, business litigation, family law, and commercial real estate matters. Eric also had the privilege of serving as an Associate Editor of the Indiana Law Review during his time in school. At Atlas Consumer Law, Eric represents individuals under various consumer protection statutes including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), and other related state law statutes.
